Spring is on the way and we are preparing with new jumps made by Oak Hill Farms
Congratulations to Sue MacIntosh with Ugandro at Thermal 2008, it was wonderful to receive this picture from her cell phone and hear how well they are doing. That is the best part of selling your horses, seeing them go on to be great partners in a really good home : )

Thank you to everyone along the way, it would be a wildly extensive list of friends, family, breeding clientel, trainers, show organizers, vets, farriers, photographers and so forth made the 2007 season our best ever. But every step of it was undertaken with a huge amount of support and we share our successes with all of you. Pictured right, Travis Root and Cotopaxi compete in their last event of the season, indoors at Thunderbird Showpark jumping1.50m. We look forward to more adventures.
"Lana is doing great, I really enjoy her, not only is she fun to jump but she is a great riding horse in general. She is always the leader. I am taking her to a John Turner clinic in November and look forward to showing her next year. She has yet to ever stop with me, and I have jumper her over just about everything, she seems to be a lot like her father, with the presence to get things done!"
September 24th, Cotopaxi and Raffaello were selected by stallion judge Otto Schalter for the Rheinland-Pfalz Saar International First Stallion Book. Cotopaxi was the highest scoring stallion at his RPSI approval, stable mate Raffaello was a single point behind Cotopaxi. Both stallions had equal jump scores, with flawless performances through the jump chute. To aid our breeders we will be creating a new statistics page with scores and measurements provided as recorded by registry officials.
August 2007 Cotopaxi displayed his exhuberance cavorting down to the start line of the $10,000 Blaylock Six Bar Challenge and his all business approach jumping through all three rounds of the massive six bar, clearing 1.70m to tie for second place.
Camisado was designated a Merit colt at his 2007 AHHA inspection, congratulations to his breeder Ali Houston Ludlum who is looking forward to the jumpers with Camisado. Congratulations to Elizabeth McGregor! Her mare Cordova Nova was awarded premium status and was Reserve Site Champion of the AHHA inspection. A first time breeder, her Cotopaxi filly named Zenya, scored Premium 7, 8 at the AHHA inspection. This filly sold at two months of age to an new owner for a jumper prospect. Click on the autumn Stables link to see a short video clip of her at her inspection. http://www.autumnsstables.com/videos/AHHAInspc2007.wmv
Owners comment, " The Oldenburg folks warned us that they had never heard of a youngster that was only a month old doing well, and even made a point of announcing that that 2 months was an appropriate age… then Roy showed up and changed everyone’s mind".
Spruce Meadows North American show - Cotopaxi under rider Travis Root was challenged with the highest degree of technical difficulty at North America's premier venue but ended his show Sunday on a high note. With double clear rounds, Cotopaxi showed his agility, speed and scope placing second in the Gienow Cup, 2/10ths of a second behind first place. Come along for the ride via links below.
Cotopaxi and Travis Root in the Gienow Cup, round one, at Spruce Meadows North American show.
Gienow Cup Jump Off with Cotopaxi and Travis Root Now THAT'S a Jumper baby! - A first for us, we are informed that a week old Raffaello filly Rags to Riches is popping over 4' rails for fun, much to the bewilderment of her dam and owners. Cross Country Horse Sales may have a very young jumper prospect on their roster! "Sassy's Raff filly, Rags To Riches is a JUMPER!! Sassy went out on the front lawn today, first time out. We heard Sassy neighing frantically. Her filly was in an adjoining pen, 4' mesh fence with a rail....no clue how she got in there....we wrestled her back to the gate & we put her in with Sassy. A few minute later we heard Sassy again, Jackie went running out to see the filly just landing after jumping the 4' high fencing...it was a game, ears forward, up & over & right back to the end of the adjoining pen"
In the show ring 2007, the highlight thus far has been Cotopaxi winning the $5,000 Gamblers Choice in May. Raffaello will attend to his breeding and training in dressage, in addition to his pursuits in the hunter/jumper rings.
Welcome to another year of beautiful foals by Cotopaxi and Raffaello,

Synergy Sport Horses welcomes the colt Realle Synergy out of Aliane, by Raffaello.
While Raffaellos' first foal crop are yearlings , such as Grace, the bay filly pictured above and Que , the gray colt. The Cotopaxi older foal crops are producing premium foals as premium mares such as Serenada, or as Lana who not only produced a lovely Holsteiner colt but then went to the Monroe Spring National Show only a few months under saddle and won the 2'9"jumpers and !

Keenan Genovese lends a helping hand, in addition to being supportive helping out where he can in the barn, Keenan also lends his technical savvy to Synergy Sport Horses operations.
Travis Root matches Cotopaxi stride for stride. This is team work with mutual respect and a matched love of jumping. Travis with his partner, fellow Grand prix rider Lindsey Paton, balance a full slate of training clients and lessons. Cotopaxi participated in his first show at Spruce Meadows March 15 – 19th with Travis Root making an impression of his scope , not soon to be forgotten. Justin Genovese has been with us ten years. As you can see, as well as assisting in the daily operation of the mares and foals.
He has implemented socialization of our stallions and supervises other barn staff.
