The 2007 Gienow Cup at the Spruce Meadows North American show posed the most technical course Cotopaxi has encountered to date, come along for the ride and share his experience .

   Note the first time Cotopaxi ever had any experience with water or cross country obstacles was fence number one,  his calm election to forge into the water is remakable as he had never encountered it before. He was second after dressage and held position with faultless cross county and stadium.

        Winning the Pureform 1.30m

Cotopaxi caught playing by Onsite Digital Photography at  Thunderbird Showpark posting double clear rounds to win the Pureform with 55 entries (above).   Cotopaxi with pilot Travis Root's jump off round stole first from Rich Fellers, 6 seconds faster despite the "air" time.  Note  how Cotopaxi is at his best fresh and explosive in the show jumping ring, while at lower levels he is praised by approval judges, show  judges and hunter trainers for his easy hunter manner and form.

        Aquarius Modified Grand Prix (1.30m - 1.40m jump off)

Cotopaxi and Travis Root lead the rounds in the Aquarius Modified Grand Prix posting double clear rounds and was edged out of first place by one half of a second in time. 1.30m first round, 1.40m jump off (below) Cotopaxi's explosive performance belies his quiet confident demeanour he imparts to his offspring.
