Counterstrike 

16.3h 3 yr old handsome gray gelding started under saddle lightly, offered for sale now ready to go forward into the show ring.  Good impulsion, completely uncomplicated and cooperative , this colt is very rewarding to work with.   His ability over fences is not even challenged freejumping 3'9" in a relaxed unimpressed manner.  He willingly jumps low fences under saddle, with the emphasis on creating positive experiences without stress mentally or physically during this formative time.

This colt has been handled by my children since birth and wins fans of his character in all that meet him.  New conformation pictures coming as this colt is still filling out and his top line is now developing nicely. The pictures will be to display his correctness and harmonious conformation which will lend itself to athleticism and longevity in sport.  Observers are quick to see his temperment and easy quiet jump lend themselves to hunter but those who know our breeding , comment that their is likely a lot more jump to come from.

 The reward of watching these youngsters go on to success and the glowing reports from thier new partners on thier temperments and ability is part of the satisfaction we experience.  Consistantly our prospects go on to get offers to purchase when they are in the ring with their new owners at highly appreciated values, and their owners decline.  This particular colt is very rewarding to see how his dam, a conformation champion, with athleticism, much impulsion and endurance complimented and improved upon the conformation of his sire, who lends his scope over fences, this is precisely what we bred for, and a wonderful temperment is icing on the cake.

2004 gray colt out of Delphinia by Holsteiner stallion Cantour  .              

 Cantour is by Cantus, reknown for siring extravagant jumpers such as Canturo.  This tall  lad is going to be big, he has taken some time to grow into himself .  He is very correct and exhibits a huge stride.    Freejumped as a youngster, the comment was that he was very similar, showed scope in jump and was improved in type as shorter coupled and stronger loin connection than his sire retaining Cantours'  scope! At two years old Counterstrike stands 16.1hh and remains very sweet and curious in disposition. He will be worked on the ground only in 2006. Above he is pictured with his dam Delphinia.
